Customer´s Requirements
Sodexo´s IT organisation was highly decentralized and locally organized. As part of a global transformation strategy, Sodexo decided to globalise its IT organisation. In the course of this initiative, Sodexo approached Aventario to assist with certain aspects of this global transformation.
Aventario Solution
Aventario analysed the current delivery approach and reviewed the established contract management processes. On this basis, Aventario initiated the development of a customer-specific Frame Contract that enables Sodexo to improve its contract management system to enable the global transformation initiative.

Aventario developed an overall picture for the Frame Contact for support and project services. - Implementation:
Aventario created a customer-specific Frame Contract in alignment with the relevant departments such as IT, legal, data protection and security, etc. In the further course of implementation, Aventario supported the negotiations with the suppliers and advised on the selection of future strategic suppliers.
